CT Scoring School

Cricket Tasmania will be hosting a scoring school on Monday the 9th and Monday 16th October at Blundstone Arena for anyone who is interested in learning to scorer with the laptop based program Total Cricket Scorer (TCS) or the MyCricket LiveScore App for Apple and Android systems. Run by Cricket Tasmania Head Scorer Graeme Hamley, the school will consist of two sessions.


Session 1 – Monday 9th October from 6:00pm – 8:00pm (Venue – Century Room)

Introduction and MyCricket LiveScore


This session will be targeted at those who are new to scoring or have very little experience. This session will cover an introduction to scoring (Role of the Scorer/Umpire Signals/How to complete a manual scoresheet) as well as a demonstration on how to score using the MyCricket LiveScore app now available on Apple and Android devices.


Those attending this session are asked to, if possible, bring a device (iPad, iPhone or Android Phone/Tablet) with the MyCricket Live Scoring App installed on the device.

Session 2 – Monday 16th October from 6:00pm – 9:00pm (Venue – Century Room)

Total Cricket Scorer & Duckworth/Lewis/Stern


This session will target those with an understanding of scoring who are looking to learn more about scoring on TCS and Duckworth/Lewis/Stern.


We will run through how to score on TCS as well as how to calculate Duckworth/Lewis/Stern including a demonstration. Those attending this session are asked to, if possible, bring a laptop with a purchased licence of the TCS program installed It is also requested that laptops being used for the session have the current version of Duckworth/Lewis/Stern installed.
